Citizenship & Beyond

Secretary of State and State Librarian Jesse White recently announced that the Melrose Park Public Library was awarded a Fiscal Year 2014 "Another Opportunity for Back 2 Books" grant for the MPPL project titled Citizenship and Beyond. Grant funds will be used to purchase adult and juvenile titles in English, Spanish, and Polish to help immigrants achieve US Citizenship and get started as new Americans.
